Mt. Kannari and Miyazaki Park
From late March to mid-April, the Mt. Kannari hiking course offers beautiful spring scenery with blooming okina flowers and azaleas.
The trail traverses Mt. Kannari before reaching Miyazaki Park. Although Mt. Kannari is not particularly high, the trail offers pleasant views of the surrounding countryside and a relaxing hike among the flowers of spring. At Miyazaki Park, visitors can also enjoy colorful azaleas in bloom.
On the way to the Mt. Kannari trailhead, you will pass Nanjai Station on the Joshin Dentetsu Railway. Okina flowers also bloom around the station, adding another highlight to a springtime visit.
If you have extra time after visiting Miyazaki Park, consider extending your trip to Nukisaki Shrine in Ichinomiya.
