Weekday Visits to the World Heritage Site Arafune Cold Storage to Resume

Due to bear sightings in the area, visits to Arafune Cold Storage have been limited to weekends and public holidays. Following the implementation of additional safety measures, weekday visits will resume from Thursday, October 1.

With the resumption of weekday visits, the special sightseeing taxi service will also return to its regular schedule. We encourage you to take advantage of this convenient service.

Please note that Arafune Cold Storage will be closed for the winter season from December 1.
